The appeal is...I could totally see being a foodie. The appeal is the creativity and adventure that goes along with it. However, I am far too lazy and cheap to go the distance on it. Also, there is a lot of mass-market food that I really like.<br /><br />Aside from the cost of things like pre-chopped onions, the idea of doing something like that makes sense.
